Vacancy for Technical Support Assistance

Provide onsite technical support to clients in troubleshooting and resolving the laptop, desktop PC, network problems (Hardware, software & application) and related peripherals (printer, mouse & etc)

We deal with all type of hardware


  • Able to do the installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of PC (hardware, software, application) related peripherals and software such as OS, MS and others.
  • Perform Onsite Preventive Maintenance according to prescribe work scope. A team player and can communicate at any level to execute projects within the deadline given.
  •  To deliver timely services accordingly to requirements and meet the service level Agreement (SLA)
  • Able to communicate with a co-worker and client well, polite, efficient, well presented and timely service 


  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electronics Computer/IT or equivalent
  • Have 1-2 years working experience in a related field, fresh graduates/entry-level applicants with good learning attitude will also be considered.
  • Those with SPM but have hands-on experience of more than 5 years in hardware and peripheral also will be considered.
  • experience in troubleshooting MS Office, MS Windows XP, Lotus Notes and basic networking
  • Good technical knowledge and the capability for onsite repair of common IT equipment with high confidence in troubleshooting IT related issues
  • Knowledge in network and security is an advantage
  • Effective oral and written communication, must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English. Preferable a good Muslim & perform solat 5 times a day.
  • Able to prioritize and be self-motivated. Able to work with minimum supervision and take full responsibility for the assigned task.
  • Posses on transport with a valid license (B2 or D) is essential.
  • Ability to cover work outside of Klang Valley when required
